Normalcy...

Okay, I am getting back to a feeling of normalcy. I was puking like a pledging sorority girl this weekend but thankfully that is gone. I was also in dire pain due to the ceasing of the milkage. Tapering was a joke (20 oz in 8 min) and I grew impatient.
Note to self: impatience is a bad thing, do not be led by it. So I went cold turkey. Bad idea. I was hopelessy sick and in pain. Lots of pain... crying myself to sleep in pain. Thanks to massive amounts of ibuprofen and cabbage leaves I am on the mend, although I was literally not fit for public viewing. And that is all I have to say about that.

Here is a new scrappy endeavor...

It is called the "Just For You" and it yes, another weekly challenge blog. I got the link from Corey and it is cool. You use the prompts they give and make a page about someone else, spouse, child, etc. I am doing mine in 6x6 format, because I am making them for each of the men. Here are their pages... as you can see, I will do each the same, just with their different story or journaling. That way the pages will come together quickly and easily. I know you are all SHOCKED by the color combination I chose...
Here is the first week, the idea was to journal about the person's name...

I will be making the rounds this weekend to try and catch up on all of your blogs and such... I only have like 78 new feeds in my bloglines... LOL. :)

  9. Total LOL about the sorority girl thing!
Cabbage leaves are a saving grace! I used them too. Was I the one that told you that trick? Hee hee...
I see you posted the name thing from the blog you told me about. I get it now. I love your take on it. I loved reading each and every page and getting to know you even better. Thanks for letting us peek into your heart!
Uuumm...did you say Alden is your last baby? You make such fine children that it would be a tragedy if the Micha/Jude union did not produce a beautiful, gorgeous baby girl. I have a feeling if you try again, it'll be a girl. But you have to let ME name her. Hee hee...
